Нужна была возможность копирования директории рекурсивно возможностями PHP. Возможностей таких прямых не нашёл, может плохо искал. В итоге написал пару классов, отлично справляющихся с подобными задачами.

Родительский класс делает копирование директории, дочерний - создаёт жёсткие ссылки на все файлы в ней.
